Submission Guidelines
1. Getting Started
Submitting your manuscript to IJRDO – Journal of Veterinary and Animal Science is simple and straightforward. Authors can send their articles through the journal's submission system or official email. Once submitted, a confirmation will be provided by the editorial team.
2. Types of Manuscripts
We are interested in receiving:
- Research Articles
- Review Papers
- Case Studies
- Short Communications
All submissions must be original and should not be under review or published elsewhere.
3. Preparing Your Manuscript
Authors should make sure their manuscript is clear, well-organized, and complete before submission:
- Write in clear and understandable English
- Include title, author names, and affiliations
- Provide an abstract and relevant keywords
- Organize the content logically (introduction, methods, results, conclusion)
- Ensure all references are properly cited
4. Formatting Requirements
For the sake of consistency and uniformity across journals, please follow these basic rules of formatting:
- Font: Times New Roman
- Title: 16 pt, Center aligned
- Author Name: 12 pt Bold, Center aligned
- Affiliation: 12 pt Italic, Center aligned
- Headings: 14 pt Bold
- Sub-headings: 12 pt Bold
- Body Text: 12 pt Normal
- References: 12 pt Italic
- Figures and Tables: Center aligned
Manuscripts should be in single column format, in A4 paper, with 1 inch margins all around. Submissions should be in MS Word or PDF files.
5. Review and Revision
Submission is followed by peer review. This may include feedback or comments. Authors should resubmit the revised manuscript within the specified time period.
6. Before You Submit
A final review will help speed up the process:
- The manuscript is complete and properly formatted
- The content is original and free from plagiarism
- All figures, tables, and references are included
- The file format is correct (Word or PDF)
7. Final Checklist
Before submission, please confirm:
- The article is not submitted to another journal
- The manuscript follows the journal guidelines
- The work has not been published previously
- Author details are accurate and complete
